Our training programs are designed for athletes everywhere. Whether you train with us in person, remotely, or a mix of both, you’ll have the tools and guidance you need to succeed.
Professional Coaching
Receive direct instruction from experienced coaches who have worked with players at the highest levels.
Personalized Training Plans
Receive a custom training plan fit for your needs. Training plans are programmed in 4-week blocks. Each training plan includes specific drills and programs designed for your improvement.
Flexible Scheduling
We consult with each athlete to create a personalized training schedule. Athletes typically train at least 3x weekly; in-person and own their own, or completely remotely.
Assessment & Consultation
Athletes start with a detailed performance assessment including video analysis and performance reports. Our instructors will discuss your performance, analyze your results, and discuss training options with you.
Share video with your coach for weekly review and feedback. Practice video & game video are suggested.
Strength/Speed Programs
The best athletes are bigger, faster, and stronger. Our training programs include age-appropriate strength and speed training. Workouts range from body weight programs to full resistance training programs.
24/7 Communication
All athletes have direct communication with their coach 24/7 through our training app. Have questions about technique, practice drills, or your progress? Communicate with your coach through our messaging/chat feature. Share video with your coach for review and feedback. Practice video and game video are recommended.

Can't make it to the facility? No problem! You can follow your personal training program from anywhere. You'll have 24/7 communication with your coach through our training app for video analysis, instant messages, video messages, and feedback. Train on your schedule, no matter where you are. ​

In Person Assessment: Have your hitting and/or pitching performance measured using our optical tracking software and video analysis tools. Compare your swing and/or pitching mechanics to our pro player models. Receive a detailed report of your performance and a plan for improvement.​
