Hitting Development
Master every aspect of hitting with our comprehensive development program focused on power, precision, and performance.
Bat Speed & Power
We train athletes to develop real, measurable power through strength, mechanics, and intent-based training. Using tools like Blast Motion and HitTrax, we track progress objectively so hitters see their progress.
Swing Decisions
Your swing is only as good as the pitches you choose to attack. We train hitters to recognize pitches earlier, understand zones, and make winning decisions under game speed. Smarter swing decisions lead to more barrels, fewer strikeouts, and more competitive at-bats.
Bat-to-Ball Skill
We focus on barrel control, contact quality, and swing consistency through targeted drills, constraint-led environments, and feedback systems that build repeatable movement patterns. Better contact equals more hits.
Plan & Approach
Great hitters show up with a plan at the plate. We teach athletes how to understand game situations, leverage their strengths, and stay disciplined with a clear approach every at-bat. Confidence at the plate comes from knowing exactly what you’re hunting.
